This place is amazing! I went for the first time recently at I had the best experience! The kind staff at the front desk was so kind to me! They helped me sign the first time paperwork and showed me how the tanning bed operated. They let me ask as many questions as I wanted and answered them so professionally. I selected the $9 tan and I will definitely recommend this place to as many of my friends as I can ☺️ Thank you Tan Pro!!

I recently visited Tan Pro in Johnstown, Ohio, and even though I wasn’t totally happy with how my spray tan turned out (a bit too orange for my liking), I still want to give a shoutout to Brooke and Alana for their amazing customer service. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process, and even gave me a discount without me asking. I probably won’t go the spray tan route again, but I’d still recommend this location based on how well they treated me. Great staff makes all the difference!

First timers. Got us right in. Very friendly and eager to serve. Facility was clean and organized. Was a referral from a co-worker. Got a monthly plan for what we feel is a deal. Going on a cruise in a couple weeks and needed a starter tan. Good job.

I have been going there over a year. I like to go during the winter to help boost my mood. I like that you can do minutes, not just sessions. It's not any more expensive than any other tanning. places. If you buy packages during a holiday week it's usually cheaper. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Terrible service ! I go in after 6 months of auto pay and they tell me that I can't cancel, that my wife who is the client must be there to cancel. Even though I PAY for this on MY CARD !! We go back in today to cancel.....NOPE, YOUR CHARGED for 30 days bcuz 'I told you you had to come in yesterday in order to not be charged for a month' WHAT A JOKE!!! No idea about customer service. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ABOUT SERVICES!!!!!!!
