I stopped into this tanning salon for the first time after not going to one in quite a while, and I was honestly so impressed. The girl working was super helpful and made me feel totally comfortable. (I think her name is Ava) She took the time to explain all the different packages they offer and how everything works, which I really appreciated since I was a little out of the loop. Great customer service and a really welcoming vibe overall—I’ll definitely be coming back!

OK for the staff is great and they’ll be able to tell you exactly what you need to know and then they help you do your levels before you burn They will tell you all about the lotion and everything and I said that it might be a little bit overpriced, but it’s still a very good place. I’ve been going there for years And to be honest that lady that I believe Own it or manages, it has helped me out in a way that most people wouldn’t have saved my life in away, so I really just wanna say thank you to her because if it wasn’t for her, there’s no way I’d be where I was today And because of my actions I take accountability for my mistake and got it fixed that week fixed It’s only been a month this timeit but overall I’d say I’m really dark. Desk girl is so UNFRIENDLY !!!! Never a Hello or a Welcome !!! I have been using these bulbs for over 3 weeks and i have GOTTEN ZERO COLOR !!!!!! It's like standing under my bathroom lights !!!!!! Waste of my MONEY and TIME !!!!! Believe my these ARE OLD BULBS !!!! AND THEY SUCK!!!! WILL GO SOMEWHERE MUCH BETTER !!!!!

Went in today to sign up for a month tanning package with best beds they have. 16 year old manager tells me I have an outstanding balance from....2008!! (Statute of limitations is 6 years for collections) I asked why I wasn't contacted prior to 2019. Brilliant response was it would cost too much to call or send me a letter. They just wait until you come in again. At this point I explained what I thought of their collection process and her wonderful customer service skills. Rather than waiving a $24 fee from 2008, she lost an $80 cash sale plus cost of lotion and repeat business. Horrible customer service. Stay away from thos place.
