This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Within 4 days of getting a gel polish and a pedicure, my nails on my hands and feet BOTH started to chip. It doesn’t even look like I got my nails done less than a week ago! I went here to get services done before leaving town and instead my entire trip was ruined because they looked terrible. When I went to speak with them to let them know, they acted as if it was my fault. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service and overall rudeness. I got there 30 minutes before they closed and the owner refused to do anything about it. Please do not waste your time or money here. It’s not worth it!!! I will never enter this establishment again. Michelle does amazing eyebrows and the results last a few weeks. She’s super quick but also careful with what she’s doing

I have been going here, on and off, since I was a teen and the service has truly declined. The ladies no longer take pride in their work and it seems to be about speeding through the services as fast as they can, even on slower days. Leaving gel polish on my nails and painting over it, bubbling polish and continuing to paint over it instead of acknowledging the polish has gone bad, and having an attitude. It’s no longer about offering great customer service, but money, and that is not how to retain clientele.

Tammy's prices are low, 25$ for full set. My nails fell after 2 days when done by one of her technicians. She said the reason was due to oil on fingers. I called and went back in for a redo. She did it for free.

My first time here was great got my feet done and couple of my nails needed to be fixed and they were fast , & friendly
