I started going to Tammy because I had some immense pain in my shoulder and arm, debilitating pain. I was not able to work and my general Dr was of no help. The Dr called my issue fibromyalgia, and the only suggestion she had was to take Lyrica. I started out two times a week at 30 mins each time. Within a month, my pain was bearable, I started going once a week then still 30 mins per session. She has helped me so much, I can sit in a chair again for 7 hours without feeling like I have been trampled by an elephant. She has truly been a blessing!
