I would not recommend this place.. I was refered by a co worker. I went there couple of times but always having the issue that they don’t understand good what I wanted… always said very short nails because they grows very fast, and not always they leave the nails SHORT and in very good condition but this last time was the worst, I can't see the difference between the nail cuticle and the polish. They left the entire edge of the nails covered in gel polish which I'm guessing will peel off at any moment. They charge me more expensive than in other places where I have had them done and they are not detail-oriented when leaving the nails in good condition. Besides, if you tell them something the way you want it or you want to make sure they do it, they get upset because they are told something

I could have cried. Going to a college graduation in 2 days. Nail tech said she didn’t see what I was talking about. The nails are a wreck. I never signed up to be a experiment and be her first French tip client. This was not the time nor place for that. Went here because it’s local and dubbed my normal nail salon. She forced me to pay $45 and when begging, they offered me to pay $40 instead. Please run. I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau.

First off I got my nails done by the lady at number 6, showed her a photo of the nails I WANT But got something totally DIFFERENT . It’s not straight at all and she even cut my skin and blamed me. To top it off my nails had broke less than 20 hrs of getting them done. I don’t recommend for anyone to come here. It’s a waste of money!!!!!!!

Leanne on the second to last table is inconsiderate. I got my nails done on Saturday. Just 2 days before realizing the artificial nails and my real nail was not sealed properly and there was an open gap. I returned to kindly request to fix only two nails to avoid fungus growing because of the gap that was not sealed. She told me you worry too much. It’s normal. When I tried showing her what I was referring to, she kept pushing it off saying it’s normal. She said she can clean my nails and put glue but even then it’s not properly sealing my nails. I will not return. She was only nice in the beginning to earn a tip but rude when I returned to fix a problem.

I have been going to Helen for over 4 years now and wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s amazing, funny, and takes her time when doing my nails & pedicure. It’s not everyday you get to create a bond with your nail technician with a team who is always friendly & welcoming. Please see my girls at Tami Nails & Spa today !!!
