It took several calls, left several messages, to book an appointment. Almost 3 weeks to connect with the stylist. I never got the cut, after arriving, the stylist seem to be either unsure or unwilling, to give me an undercut that I asked for. I was told to grow my hair out instead. I was told I wouldn't look good and a undercut was to hard to blend. Take a 3 guard and just do the side, no blending needed. I didn't want that. At that point I figured I was going to get the same Bay area haircut that I keep getting, so I left. I can get what I want in SoCal. Perhaps some education is needed here...and a receptionist to answer the phone. Wasted a lot of time on nothing.

Gianna and Kelly were absolutely incredible! They were professional, punctual, and worked so hard to make sure every detail was perfect. For my wedding, they styled me (the bride), four bridesmaids, and the mother of the groom—and every single hairstyle turned out beautifully. They went above and beyond to execute everyone’s vision beyond our expectations. Most importantly, all of our hair held up perfectly throughout the entire night and still looked amazing by the end of the evening! We are all so incredibly pleased and grateful for their talent, care, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Christine saved me😃 I needed help with a color correction…badly! (Word of advice…don’t trust Ulta) and she did an amazing job with my hair! She got all the black out and blended in the colors beautifully! She’s honest, has years of experience and knows what she’s doing. I felt comfortable and she made the experience pleasant. I’m getting married next month and I feel so much better about my appearance. Thank you Christine!

I have been coming to this salon for many years and have never been disappointed with my hair color, cut or style. Wonderful, friendly service and the place immaculate. Definitely recommend!!

OMG it was so bad and Brittni kimball left the dye on my hair for 50 minutes even after i told her my hair holds on to dye easily then she shampoos me and i'm left to comb out my hair she gave me a hair dryer and just left. she spend maybe 15 minutes on me and wanted to charge me 90.00 i had my husband buy rubbing alcohol to remove the dye on my scalp and side of face
