Hi, I went into Talonz with an appointment on May 7th. I told the irl who did my nails that I did not want them thick on the top, but once I got home I began to notice that they were thick, some were way thicker than others and they were just pretty ugly and looked like they had been globbed on. I had also gotten negative opinions from other telling me they could have done a much better job especially after paying 50 dollars for a simple set of acrylic nails. On May 8th I called them after work and told them that I felt like my nails were too thick and I wanted them thinned down, I told her this ON THE PHONE! They made me an for 11 o'clock AM on May 10th and when I get there she asks me, "what's the problem?" I told her again that they were too thick and I wanted them thinned out. she then
