The owner is rude. Has no business ethics and very unprofessional. The employee doesn’t have a license, the owner hires anyone. The day I was given a flyer to the business which said “$20” for eyebrow tinting i decided to try them and made an appt the same day. I walked in to be told it’s $40 not $20. I still decided to do them. One employee did the cleaning of eyebrows and the owner did the tinting. Since it’s my first time I didn’t know how it’s suppose to feel or look. At the end, I paid $40. After using restroom, as I’m walking out I was told she forgot to add an additional 10.49$ for shaving which I decided not to agree on and I figured was part of the tinting eyebrows. I disagreed and she tried to argue with me about her prices and I told her she is false advertising. Aggressively an

I used tally young product 20 years ago and I loved the results. I recently bought over $450 products from the store and got rashes all over my face. I called the owner to inform her about the brown soap and face cream cause skin irritation and rashes on my face. She told me that I should have purchased the normal to oily instead of normal to dry day cream. She advised me to use the cream on my neck instead of my face and continue to use the brown soap it will clear the rashes in a few days. I followed her advise but the rashes did not go away and the brown soap cause face irritation so I discontinued using them. They assisted me in picking up the products and none of them worked. I spent $300 on a body cream that i was told will make my skin look radiant and that was a lie because my ski

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY CLIENT. As a professional photographer I have never seen this type of makeup being done for a bride. My client paid $146.98 for a bridal makeup. She got charge $30 for strip lashes on a $95 full makeover and got charge $10 for eyebrow shaving. When I called to get an explanation. Owner was very rude and did not give me a valid explanation. She hung up the phone on me. My client is new in the area and does not understand English well. This place knew that and took advantage of her on her wedding day.

I've only been to the Utica Ave location. I had noticed the shop on my way to work, so I researched and found they sell cosmetics. Was looking for another alternative besides my usual MAC products. The MUA was very personable. She chose the right colors for my complexion, which I was satisfied with; natural looking not ashy or oily. The owner was there at the time doing a weave on a client. Once her client left she tried to get me to do my hair. But I honestly didn't want to get weaved up. I would say be cautious of the owner's intentions. She will try to get you to buy extra items; I bought a makeup brush that ended up being completely useless, it was way too soft to apply any products. She also attempted to sell me a face product which she said was to exfoliate. No thanks! I'm quite happ

Nice addition to the neighborhood. Not sure why they need to sell bags at a cosmetics store. Doesn't add to the decor. The MUA present themselves beautifully, but can be a little overzealous. I guess when bills need to be paid, you do what you need.
