If i could give this place negative stars i would . I said to her i just want my eyebrows waxed with a slight arch The lady waxed my Eyebrows and one is way thinner and shorter than the other. And she hands me the mirror and say. “ they are both different they arent even but they will grow back” and acts like thats ok then expected me to pay full price for it. I almost walked out but i dont believe in that so i agreed to pay 7 of the 12$ and then as i am making my point as to what she has ne looking like her reply was “ it wasnt me “ so who was it the damn ghost or the plant over there that put wax on my face and ripped almost my whole eyebrow off!!!? I will NEVER go there again. There was no apology she didnt even try to even them out simply told me they will grow back !!! I am pissed !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The younger girl is playing on people face as if she can thread or wax an eyebrow! If a customer doesn’t ask for thin brows do not attempt to do so. Customers service is trash no apology no discount no accountability for making my brows a completely different look.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They do NOT know how to thread. My eyebrows actually look worse after coming here. They cut my eyebrows so much they look so choppy and horrible. This picture was taken right after they finished my brows. They look awful!

The service is not worth the money. I received services here about 5 times. My most recent experience was the worst. The older lady with glasses removed my eyelashes and attempted to charge me for a full set of eyelashes although I requested a fill-in. She proceeded to wax my eyebrows, which only needed cleaning up. She changed the entire shape of each eyebrow and they are not the same. Please think twice before giving them your service.

I LOVE THEM !! You want beautiful eye brows or lash extensions ?? They are amazing in everything they do ! I have been going here for years and they have never disappointed me ! wonderful establishment SUPPORT !!
