I’m really glad I got my hair done by Tom. Even though I didn’t have a clear vision, he listened to my style preferences and delivered exactly what would work for me. Also I especially noticed big differences after color treatment compared to what I used to get from other places. It's been almost a week since I got my hair done and i'm still in love with how it looks on me. Highly recommend this place!

This was my first time visiting after being told previously that the wait for an appointment was three months. I guess there happened to be an opening this time, so I gave it a try. This is the second Japanese-owned hair salon I’ve been to in the U.S., and honestly, it was just average—nothing particularly good or bad. I felt that the styles leaned more toward an older clientele rather than trendy, modern looks. If booking an appointment isn’t smooth next time, I’m not sure if I’d come back.

After discussing my desired look with photos, he worked his magic and delivered exactly what I wanted.
