Over the last few months, we have had the 50 and the 80 minute couples massage. Both were sports/deep tissue, and we really would recommend Rochelle and Jesse who were very experienced and provided a comprehensive and thorough 80 minute massage. Body areas we had of concern were well addressed, knots were worked out, and it was really the first time we personally had deep tissue massages that were truly effective...they really got in there and did a great job, I didn't have to ask twice for more pressure, and they didn't need direction after the initial greeting and consult...so relaxing to just lay back and let the professionals do work. 50 minutes is good but we recommend doing the extra time and going for 80 minutes so they have more time to really address any areas of concern you have.

I had Jen for a deep tissue massage and it was fantastic! For those who love a lot of pressure, I would recommend her!

The best relaxation treat you could give to yourself or to a friend! Immaculate and well- kept and managed. Every treatment is superb, but I truly recommend the facial and the extractions. The ambiance was as expected. The service was excellent and I walked out feeling fully removed! You must try the spa, it will complete your experience at Jay Peak!

Jennifer was amazing. Great massage- with therapeutic training. She even gave my 9 year old a little massage with such kindness and care.

Sophia the receptionist and Tiffany my therapist were absolutely wonderful. There is no better experience on the mountain than a visit here. Highly recommend making an appointment if you're visiting Jay Peak.
