⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time visiting Tahoe Forest Baths, and I was looking for a recovery location after some intense training. I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try – and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Tim, the owner himself, greeted me and walked me through the whole process, which made the experience even more special. The cedar bath felt like a sauna but even better – warm, soothing, and deeply relaxing. The atmosphere is peaceful and calming, perfect for both physical recovery and mental reset. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely renewed. If you’re searching for the best cedar bath spa in Lake Tahoe, I highly recommend Tahoe Forest Baths. I will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing experience! I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant at first thinking about it, but it was an absolutely incredible experience! We felt so relaxed and peaceful afterwards! We are kinda spa snobs and are always looking for the next best thing to relax and get into that parasympathetic state and this more than delivered!
