I'm sure this paper of old was a positive force for good. But the current editor sits between the Town and Atlantic and I mean literally. They almost share the same building. And his honesty is blinded since his paycheck comes from that loyalty. Read his articles on the Town of Loris SC, he scrutinizes every move, every descent. He seems to almost be an honest reporter. But not here in TC, he walks his narrow path very carefully. Guards his masters on both sides. Which when you think about it, is very dishonest for an editor. They guard their version of facts, ignore local ordinances and break the law when it suits them.

Historical environment! Take the kids for a walk back in time! Amazing piece of history... preserved RIGHT BEFORE YOUR EYES! When Mr. CARTER worked right here every day, FAKE NEWS was called PROPAGANDA...mostly written by TAS and PRAVDA! (sorry NEW YORK TIMES and WASHINGTON POST) The award winning reporter and editor ACTUALLY DISPENSED FACTS...AND LET YOU DECIPHER WHICH SIDE OF THE FENCE YOU WANTED TO BE ON WITHOUT HIS PERSONAL SLANT OR OPINION!
