This is my second time going there. The first time I went i had a great experience. Went there expecting the same type of service but a different lady helped me. She was wearing eye lashes and was bigger than the other techs. She seemed nice but I got the impression that she was racist based on a question and reaction she made to me. She gave me a service i didnt ask for. I asked for the basic but thats not what i got. I let her anyway and paid for it. She left cuts on my feet that are hurting right now. She charged me herself and stated the price. I took the money out and before i could hand it to her she added a dollar to the total. The cuts are the only thing that brought me to leave a review. She was very rough. Was planning on leaving a stellar review. Glad I waited.

Went for a pedicure. Worst technician was given to me. The technician was more interested in talking then taking care of my feet. I asked her twice to if she was going to be talking or she was going to be doing my feet. She kind of nodded me and said okay okay and then continued on talking. At that point I just got up and left. I don't mind if you talk while you're doing your work but don't stop altogether and ignore the client. If anybody would ever asked me about going to this establishment for any type of, I would advise them to think twice.

I’ve been coming here for a few years prior to Covid and it was a wonderful experience. I came back last week as a walk-in for a pedicure and they took me in (thank you). I had a prior incident where one of the manicurist cut my hand because she ripped my skin instead of cutting it and she never spoke to me since that day. I also hadn’t seen her until I walked in for this visit. Another woman sat me next to her in the middle of her and another colleague, both had customers. The woman who cut me starts speaking across and pointing at me in their language and the other woman asked me if I wanted a manicure. The disrespect was too real, but I am thankful they took me in because I needed my feet right for an upcoming trip. When the woman finished it looked like she didn’t do anything. She s
