T.A. Nails

Asked for a design showed multiple examples/ confirmed it was doable & was told yes. Mid way I realized it wasn’t going well so I re confirmed when they then tried to tell me they couldn’t. Still wanted to charge me 45$ zero customer service skills would give a 0 if possible. Still paid for “soak off”

If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would! Disappointed and still feel that way. The equipment she used was filthy, and it seems like they never disinfect their tools. She didn’t even attempt to shape my nails and each nail has lumps and unevened paint 👎🏾

They don’t do a good job. When I asked for a refund they said no, when I explained that I wanted a refund vs having them redone, stating that my reason was that I didn’t want this to happen again, they said they only re-do and not refund. One hand wasn’t even given the clear/final coat. I got them done on a Thursday, and by Sunday, they were chipping. I have kids and a full time job with a significant other who also has a full time job so I can’t just drop everything to come get my nails fixed. They’re nice here but this was ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money.

I told the lady i wanted the green all over instead of french tips. she insisted i get french tips. not only that she was the ONLY person working in there so i couldn’t have asked for anyone else. she put them on crooked and the paint is chipping off. i just got them yesterday. she made me pay 60$ for this? yeah absolutely not i do not recommend she also cut my skin multiple times and caused a gash on my thumb she was very rough.

Wish I had read the reviews before I went in . Life’s been kinda hectic and it had been almost 2 months since I had a fill and I had one broken nail the girl that handled me could not speak English. I’m going to post a picture of just one side of the nail out of my 10 fingers seven look like this on the side. She also filed big notches on the sides into the acrylics as well as my natural nail . Do not recommend at all now I have to go to my regular technician when I get the time and explain to them why my nails are now a mess 🤦🏻
