T & T Nails

This place needs to close. They tried to charge me $95 for a fill in and toe polish change. Then I had to mention that one nail needed to be fixed for it had shown where water had gotten under the acrylic. I got a fill in with clear polish and left. Never again.

I’ve been getting my nails done by them since 2019, and they always do a wonderful job. They have always charged fairly and according for the services they offer. Today was no different, I got a new full set and very happy with it.

⭐️ 0 Star – I Do Not Recommend This Nail Salon. Despite them already having three stars, I came anyway, out of convenience. The nail tech was rude. I only came to this nail shop because I’m temporarily here at Fort Knox and it was the most convenient option, but I would not recommend it to anyone. They do not accept American Express and tried to force me to use their ATM, which I couldn’t do because I didn’t have my debit card. When I attempted to pay with Apple Pay using my Amex, the employee kept snatching the machine away, despite the payment going through successfully. After it processed, she complained that Amex “charges her more,” as if that was my responsibility. I also asked for an extra coat of polish because the color was very sheer, and she charged me another $5. That’s fine,

I recently visited T & T Nails for a full set, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Firstly, the prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of service received. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the entire process. They engaged in pleasant conversation and their customer service was exceptional. Most importantly, I absolutely loved the end result of my nails. The nail technician paid close attention to detail and skillfully executed my chosen design, leaving me with beautifully nails that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend T & T Nails to anyone looking for an affordable yet high-quality nail salon experience.

They did a beautiful job on my nails. I got Wine colored shelac nail polish with a matte overcoat. The couple doesn't seem social but that doesn't bother me as long as my nails turn out the way I want it. $45 for a fill-in, plus $5 for the matte overcoat. I'm happy with the price and service and I hope it doesn't change the next time I go there.
