Kathy did it once again, she got me ready for St. Patty’s day! Was gonna wait a week to see her, but there was a cancelation and was taken in the same day! Love this place. I highly recommend it, they are Courteous, always smiling, Clean, and Professional! I travel all the way from the Keys to Do my nails with them. Loving TT Nails…Always

"I cannot recommend TT Nails enough! I had the pleasure of working with Kathie for both my mani and pedi, and she was incredible. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle. I asked for a simple but beautiful flower design on my ring finger, and she executed it perfectly! What impressed me most was her dedication. Even though there was a scheduling mix-up and her boss forgot to mention I wanted a pedicure, Kathie didn't hesitate to help me—even though it was almost 7 PM (closing time). She never rushed and made sure I had a relaxing experience. This salon is top-of-the-line; they are so welcoming to walk-ins and never turn anyone away. Five stars! If you value your time, do not book an appointment here. Appointment was booked for 1:00 PM. I arrived at 12:50 PM. The technician I booked with was seating another client at that exact time, making it clear the appointment time was not being honored. My nails were wrapped for 45 minutes, but the wrapping was rushed and ineffective—none of the polish was removed, requiring a second wrap and further delay. To pass time, I agreed to get a pedicure. I sat in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes with no service. No water was run. No technician came over. No one checked in. So ultimately, I never got the pedicure. By 2:00 PM, my nails were being wrapped for the second time. I stated that I could have booked for 2:00 PM if availability had been communicated honestly instead of overbooking. I st

I didn't receive service. I was told 5-10min wait. After 15-20mins no one took me. I asked for an updated time frame and was told another 5-10mins. Although there were workers just sitting around playing on their phones. After about 25mins of waiting we left. Got tired of wasting our time. They could care less about being timely so I won't be back or recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at this nail salon! My best friend and I went together for a little self-care day, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I got a full set of white acrylic nails and a pedicure, and everything turned out beautifully. The salon was clean, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel so comfortable the entire time. They paid great attention to detail and really took their time to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Miami — highly recommend!
