The soap may be good, but the people are not, which is a problem with a lot of companies I shop with: the products may be excellent, but the employees, NOR the owners are any good like those at Fresh Direct! I asked the worker whom I spoke with here, Stephanie, almost three weeks ago to send a sample of their choice to me and one to the famous black female poet, Nikki Giovanni, who loves different soaps, giving this young lady both our addresses. Stephanie even said that she would Google Nikki Giovanni as I'm sure she also DIDN'T do and had no intention of doing! Stephanie said she would send the samples.
