Customer service was so great and the lady helped me find just what I was looking for at a fair price

Amazing my daughter is very tender headed has mixed hair so it’s very curly and tangles easily the lady helped me pick out something in her age group and her daughter did it last minute!!!! Heaven sent…. The lady that owns the hair shop decadence to other children and her community is just very appreciated she had food drinks n book bags for the children and volunteers that went out there way to make sure the children had there hair looked A1 going back to school as a single mom it was very much appreciated!!!!

I purchased hair this past Saturday. The young lady helping me said the hair was exchangeable if I needed a different color. I called in today to ask about exchanging the hair for a different color. Apparently they don't do exchanges "due to covid". Covid number have largely decreased and you have all kinds of people handling product from production to stocking. So this reasoning doesn't really hold water for me. In any case, if that's the store policy, you should make sure ALL of your staff are aware of this! I would not have purchased the hair if I could not exchange the unopened packages if I needed to. I'm all about supporting small business but not when I feel like I've been scammed. I will not be returning here and it's unfortunate because I prefer to buy from local business over com

The young lady that helped me was very kind. I have been natural for 3 months and I'm still trying products that will work for my hair. She was very helpful and patient with me. That speaks volumes for her character concerning pleasing her customers.

I always feel welcomed by the owner/staff! I always get the help I need when I come into the store. I get good advice on style color and all products! Thank you T&S!!! Y'all are appreciated!!!!
