SEWIN RIPPED MY HAIR OUT! BAD BALD SPOTS! If I could leave negative stars I would! The hairstyle Taylor (who is also the owner) was pleasant and accommodating. I received a see-in with leave out around the perimeter. I purchased the hair from her a tipped 15%. My install came to $760. Initial I liked the style over all. In spite of her pleasant demeanor, the sew in she installed gave me two bald spots at the top of my hair where the braid pattern starts and my hair itself is damaged. After the install I asked was it normal for it to hurt that badly and she told me it would loosen which it did. Little did I know the pain went away and my hair went with it! When I toke it out clusters of my hair came out at the points I told her I had pain, with the follicle root attached! I am natural wh

I love coming here!!!! Taylor keeps my hair on point from faux locs, knotless braids, ponytails, and natural hair too. My favorite style thus far was the Half Up Half Down!!!!!! She makes it comfortable from start to finish, and has you leaving looking amazing. Best part of coming here is the beauty of being able to book online in advance or if your like me always time challenge lol !!! She has optional days where she offers walk ins or flexibility out of business hours. Another pro about coming here is the timing of the service, I’m not here forever!! Other stylist will have you in the chair for 7 hours+ with Taylor I’m in and out and I look good leaving. Side bar: the brown outfits both from her boutique and the baby blue sweat suit too :) not only can you get everything serviced here
