T P Nails

the only ones who are nice and do a decent job are Amy & Lisa but they’re always booked and there’s always long wait times even when you make an appointment with them. The rest of the staff is rude and unwelcoming and the attitude be so crazyyy. I had a horrible experience with one of the older middle aged vietnamese ladies late 30-40s with a thicker accent (which is fine bc I always try to communicate with them as best as possible) and an unpleasant attitude. I requested my nails to be done a specific way and showed her pictures and communicated with her how I wanted them done respectfully. Of course she didn’t listen and when I pointed it out and said I did not want them that way (mind you I told her beforehand and I’m the one PAYING for the service) she had the audacity to get mad at me

After many years of faithful patronage, today was my last day! After seeing the roaches run around the nail shop I was over it then to top of off, the owner Lisa and her repeated unprofessional antics literally cut my finger because she wasn’t paying attention while she was fussing about another customer to one of her workers that they were treating unfairly as well and then she blamed me for it. I took a picture of my injury after she tried to bribe me and she was suddenly nervous to finish and mad. I clearly stated that it is for my protection because if I get an infection, her insurance will be paying for the doctors bill! She said I didn’t know you were so sensitive mocking me as I explained that her actions were not acceptable. When she cut me with the electric file, I jumped and look

I’ve been coming here for years and my experience keeps getting worse. Their energy is unpleasant and they are mean. The only decent thing is the price and a few good nail techs (maybe 2 or 3) to which isn’t enough to let me continue coming anymore. I usually just ignore the attitudes and looks but i’m done after today, i will not be back.

I love this place! I get so many compliments!! Chrissy does an amazing job with my, nails and designs. Amy is great at my eyebrows and Me also does an amazing pedicure.

Ive been going here for 3yrs. They never disappoint. I got a full-set with soak of and got my natural nails done with a powder overlay. Love it love it love it.
