Updated update (LOL): so I don't get my nails done often but Kelly is still there and she ATE!! I have naturally square nails but I like the ballerina cut (short coffin) and she delivered AGAIN! PLUS I wanted to do something spicy since these are vacation nails and BAYBAY!!! LOOK AT THIS BLUE ORANGE AND WHITE design she created for me. 🔥🔥 Update: NEW MANAGEMENT They are under new management and yesterday I did not have a good nail experience. My toes were fine but my natural nail, gel manicure was jacked. I spoke with Kelly and she told me to come back and she would fix it. Kelly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had a good experience. Now my nails look amazing and I'm so happy. She will definitely be my new tech moving forward. ASK for KELLY! Felicia is the best!!! She primarily deal

Bad experience! Got a full set with regular polish by the “new manager”. It’s only been about 3 days..

My first time visiting the shop was in November 2020 ( I have been back three times 🤗). They exceeded my expectations! Never judge a book by its cover, this is a hidden gem. The staff are super friendly, professional, the place is clean and well put together. The lady who did my manicure oh man! She massaged my hand soooo good ( learned she is the owner t's wife) the women who did my feet oooohhhhh best massage at a nail spa I have had in a really long time. I was able to get my nails done my the owner T's mother and hands down she is all around a sweet women and knows her stuff. My last few times have been a bit of a wait but for the quality it has been worth it. If you are pressed for time I would recommend calling before you go to check wait.

Got a gel manicure Tuesday October 17th, 2023 by Friday the 20th they had started to chip. I called on Friday and Saturday the line was disconnected. They are not open on Monday’s. Tuesday I finally get through to someone via phone and they said no problem come on in. After riding the bus there, I find out they will not fix my nail even though their phones will messed up due to a 7 day policy that isn’t displayed anywhere in the building or website. Despite this being the 7th day, them being closed Monday's, or me being unable to reach someone over the phone Friday and Saturday , they still refused to fix my nails without additional money as if I didn’t pay for a gel manicure and pedicure + tip less than a week ago.

Kelly, really takes good care of each and every person that comes through the door she massages you she make sure the color is perfect for your skin tone. She is just an all-around very nice lady who is very knowledgeable about her craft.
