T-Nails

Regrettably, a rating of one is well-deserved. I communicated my desired color to the technician on at least four to five occasions, only to have her apply three different colors to my nails. Notwithstanding my repeated assertions that I did not want pink sparkles and my explicit requests for color number 209, it seemed that she was unable to understand my instructions till she took the time to stop and really acknowledge the number 209 I had given her. The application was messy and excessively thick, causing discomfort when exposed to the light. Like it burned a lot. While I typically support small, local nail salons in rural areas, this experience was decidedly subpar. The technician failed to allow sufficient curing time, resulting in a sticky finish. Extremely disappointing! I made an appointment to get pedicures with my kids prior to a vacation, something we were really looking forward to. We decided to try this place due to location, even though the reviews were terrible! Apparently they decided not to come to work that day and didn’t even have the decency to call to cancel. I will not be trying this unprofessional place again! 0 stars wasn’t an option but it’s what they deserve.

Spoke 2 words to me. Put on wrong color. Shop looks like a trap house . Pedicure seats all busted up and patched massage functions broken. Screaming on speaker to friends in her language whole time. Didn't clean out nails or do cuticle charges 45 for a 30 Pedicure. Best part was it was simply entertaining. Go here if you want the fastest pedicure of your life with possibilities of fungus later. Lmao 🤣 love this town

I was getting married and my friend and I got our nails done. We had the owners do them and they were FANTASTIC! Everyone there was friendly. Best experience ever at a nail salon! I will never go anywhere else.

Went to here all the time! But nails are different shapes? TURN OFF TV! NO BALLGAMES! & GET!!!!! OFF!!!! YOUR!! PHONE!! while ya got clients!! PAY ATTENTION!! Can't be using a tool& watch a game! She's too busy gabbing to hear your request. Then it's too late . One nail is thin other side is thick& nice looking. Uh. Where I go now not one! Personal phone call ! Very focused! Excited to give that tip! 😄😄😄
