T Nails

So I been coming here for years now only to have came last week to be disappointed. It all started wen walking in the lady that normally does my pedicure was busy with a client I then knew. Instead of waiting I thought I wasn’t getting anything too dramatic… so I ask for regular pedicure add acrylic on my big toe and white french tip. I asked the lady doing my pedicure to add a tip on my big toe and she decided she would sculpt it out instead which is also fine, if she knew what she was doing I had the feeling she did not but still she continued. I went home after my service only to notice she made the acrylic curving down and from the side it was even mine unappealing. So I went back they where closed on Sunday& Monday..! So I came back Tuesday they corrected it with out an issue. I then

I went for an SNS manicure and got SIX cuts around my finger nails. It was very painful but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to be a problem since I went with my mom. The woman that did my nails did not acknowledge my cuts as she continued to do my nails around my blood and as it smeared on my figure and got on her hand at one point. On top of all that I was charged $50 for a SNS manicure with no tips or anything; I could go somewhere else and get a better manicure for way less money.

I've been going to this place for over 15 years, mainly because it's convenient. It's close to my house. The work done is decent enough, but customer service is lacking. This might be more of a cultural issue; I'm not sure. Both owners ( man and woman) are usually there. The female owner is not very welcoming. Most times, she doesn't even bother to say hello, and when done checking out, she doesn't bother to say thank you. Even when you tip them, they show absolutely no appreciation by not uttering a single thank you. It's like they think they deserve more. If the female owner could lead by example by saying, " Hello, how may we help you today and thank you for coming," this place will do more business. I feel like if one has been going to a place for over 15 years, there should be so

I never ever complain but this was truly the worst pedicure I’ve had. I came in on a Sunday, knew she had cut me but didn’t complain or ask for a discount. 24hrs later my toe was bleeding nonstop, and just got worse from there. I went back and she scraped my cut “clean” with her nail and a cottonball and slapped some Neosporin on it. I paid $50 for the gel pedicure and honestly you can probably go anywhere else and get better quality at a better price, and leave with all your toes lol

Best bail salon ever! Go to Mindy for your nails, and Lynn for the best pedicure/massage you will ever have in your life. I go to other places and they just never do it as well as Mindy & Lynn.
