T & N Nails

When I went in there was a lady already waiting. Then the man came out but the lady next to me who is there first said that I can go first cause she’s gonna wait on the woman that was the first red flag. I proceeded to go with the man and throughout the whole process he was hurting my nails but I haven’t had my nails done in over a decade so I didn’t know if it was a part of the process so I let it go. Then there was this real bad pain in my finger- I didn’t know what to do at the time, he kept going like everything was fine so I just let it go because I was super tired and ready to go. So that night I went straight to bed because I was tired but all night I felt pain in my nails. The next morning I woke up and there was a cut on one of my fingers. Also the shapes on my nails were terrible

I considered hard about leaving a review. However, after I called and explained to one of the owners that I got a toe fungus. I explained to her I wasn’t upset I just wanted them to be more cautious. But after her attitude I had to share. BE CAREFUL

Did not give an option for zero stars...I would like to rate zero! Brought mother-in-law to get us both a pedicure ...when arrived realized based on people in waiting room that Matthews Drug would close before we were done so quickly ran over to get my prescription and back. Waited 2 hours and then when our turn the owner lady moved a women in front of us "because we left". We were only gone a few minutes straight to Matthews and back and had sat there over 2 hours after that. Then when mother-in-law was called to get pedicure they would not allow me to sit with her and talk/keep her company (I was treating her to pedicure girls time for her 76th birthday)...they made me go back to waiting area. So she sat in silence the entire pedicure. Not the enjoyable time I hoped to give her. Ow

They do really good work but they need help doing their customers. You have to sit to long for services. Again they do great work and they need to work on the attitudes. They are very quick to catch and attitude with their customers. They make the customers feel like they don't know what they want. You can ask for one thing and you get something else. Their prices are different each time you go in for service. They can be rough handling you at times with all the rushing. They have argued with their customers. We need other nail spas other than the one we have here.

I have to go back to this place, because I need my fingernails and toenails clean and done and it is just near to my house, although I knew their service was poor (based on the reviews here). The first time I had my nails done was with the service man. He is okay, no problem. But with this second time, it was with the service lady. She is very unprofessional and has bad manners. Good thing, I controlled my temper, let her words just passed by, and did not say any sarcastic words against her. Or else she would hear something not good from a customer. If I could understand and speak their language, I could tell her how rude her service is and how bad their reviews are. I was thinking of whether to give a tip or not, but in the end, I didn't. Sorry.
