T & M Nail Salon

I had a horrible experience today because of a so called language barrier. Maybe the person should not be working in your shop. If she can't understand or know how to accomplish a common nail coloring like ombre. I didnt ask for anything out of the ordinary, just ombre. That's it. Instead, she tried to get away with painting my nails with a clear gel polish, calling it natural. She wasted my time. I had already been there with her since 9 am. She did my feet as well, and they were fine, so I continued on with my nails. I am just now leaving at 12pm. I am very disappointed after being so excited. I asked another tech before leaving, if she would pay for what I got and her answer was that they were giving me a discount. Anyone with decency would not have charged me, but I paid anyway becaus

Had the worst experience.. I work two jobs so I wanted to go somewhere and pamper myself, was horrible, got the French tip on my toes and hands, they didnt even shape my toes or my nails before they painted them, all my toes have different size whites on them, they went fast with my nails and just glued the already white tipped nails on them so they are big and crazy looking, I opted in for the gel on my toes what a waste of.money, spent 125 and will never set foot back in there, the service was so horrible I didnt even want them to fix it. Had to go somewhere else and pay another 80 to fix their mess up.. would not recommend at all!!

Yeah I did not enjoy this salon experience at all. Not only did I not receive what I asked for, I had to keep repeating myself several times, and when I told them I was unhappy with my nails and wanted them took off, I was told I still had to pay for the pedicure even though I wasn’t leaving the shop with the design. If I could give zero stars I would.

YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!! yall please save YOUR TIME! And your money of course I didn’t pay for this trash but they lying on those reviews they are below 2 star service. They don’t do no kind of designs. Charley poor guy he left my hands like this because he couldn’t do square or nice French tip like my picture I showed him. He said $55 and I said I want no gel he got mad. Ladies I used to come here as a teen they are old and can’t do much. I love yall but this was my last!!!!
