Presented them with a reference photo and they made the design almost identical, literally in love with them! The only downside was that my nail started bleeding really bad but it didn't hurt other than that I had an amazing experience definitely would recommend it!

Just went there for the first time and had a great experience! I walked in and didn’t have to wait (on a tuesday around 4:45 pm). I showed Kim the idea of what i wanted and she nailed it! (Haha pun intended) Just in time for thanksgiving and Christmas party season. Loving my stars and snowflakes!

I went in for a full set of acrylics, and asked for almond shape. They’re very uneven, thicker in different places and overall I feel a bad shape. (Mind you this is for my graduation so it was really important to me). I’m very disappointed that I had to spend 60 dollars on a set that looks like this just to go home and try to fix the shape a little myself. When I asked if he could fix one then after the paint was on he said no because the paint would mess up, but other places I’ve went to before had no problem doing that. Inside of the actual salon there was a fly in the face the whole time.

Okay, there's a lot of good things and bad. To start with the good, the lady was nice, and was very attentive since she was doing two things at once- Meaning when we Cale in she was doing pedicure but told us to wait 15 minutes, was a very quick wait and she started on my nails. Previously I had them done at Gel Nails close to Chili's. She didn't damage my natural nails which was appreciated. But coming to after when it got done she gave me some sugar scrub, looking at my hands there was a lot of residue from the nail remover, it did not come off after I used the sugar scrub but it did after I washed a few hours later. Now for the bad.. There was constant yelling and the place smelled like cannabis. After there's tiny brown spots and lots of air bubbles on the polish. And there's a chip in

I have been to this salon many times and my daughter and I always have great customer service. Our nails and pedicures always look amazing. Friendly staff and do all they can to meet your requests. We continue to go back and will.
