It used to be good but sadly I won’t be back and will stop recommending them to others. After a rough day at work I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. My toenails were haphazardly cut so I had to keep asking for them to cut them straight which seemed to annoy her. The polish was done very sloppily since the base and top coat bottles were basically empty and clumpy. Thankfully it’s hard to tell since I picked a dark color. Next onto my manicure. I got a dip powder manicure that was the worst I’ve ever had done. I had to keep telling her she missed spots before dipping them. I’m used to cuticle care after the dip is complete so the nails look clean and healthy. None was done and I left with tons of product still around the edge of my nails. Had the worst nail experience of my life. Dropped in without an appointment on a random weekday so expected to have room but you never know. Was able to be “squeezed in” even though there was only 1 other person there. They left me for 45 minutes with my full hands SOAKING in a freezing bowl of acetone. Are you kidding me? Manicure was sloppy and my cuticles were all cut up. Left 2+ hrs later w my natural nails destroyed. Never. Never. Never will return.

T ha Beauty Salon is by far the best nail Salon Chester County has to offer. Not only do Tony and Kim treat you like family, they put 110% effort in providing you with the best nail care and they give the best hand and foot massages ever!! I enjoy going there for my premium gel manicure but it is also a social hour for me. It’s like sitting with a friend chatting while you Nails are being treated to excellent and quality care. I just can’t say enough positive things about Tony and his Salon. If you haven’t tried it yet call and make that appointment. You will not be disappointed!💅

This place is very unorganized and smells strongly of chemicals. Pedicure was uncomfortable because within a few moments the technician cut my cuticle making my toe bleed. She thought it was funny and laughed. I ended up with an infection and had to go to the doctor for antibiotics.
