I always have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, Tracy is always amazing and I would usually have her. However she was out of town today and I needed my nails done for pictures and I asked for the next best. They recommended Trish and I always hear great things about her, when I got my nails done by her it was a simple pink ombré and she did a good job, the only complaint is the underneath of my nails, she seemed like she was rushing and left chunks under my nails, I didn’t even notice until I scratched my face and my nails felt so sharp from underneath. I got them short due to me having a 3 year old daughter and I didn’t want to risk long nails with her but now they are short and sharp regardless of the length. High expectations based on review, poor quality of work. My daughter and I have very typical nails perfectly capable of having beautiful acrylics as we’ve done in the past. Both of ours turned out to be squished, lopsided different sizes dents in the side of them extremely poor job we will not be back. I would love to leave a separate review, but it will only let me leave one. However there was a woman I do believe she was the owner dead by the otter’s nails. Her name is Tracy. My daughter had a little to no nails and she was able to do a beautiful white French tip for what she was working with it turned out beautiful. Kelvin, Tracy & Bao do amazing work! Two of these pics are my nails, the other 3 are designs Kelvin has done for me. No matter what I ask for he's always done a fantastic job. Cat eye, gold tips, multi-colors.... & they last!! I usually go 5 weeks between appointments. The pricing is fair. Salon is very clean. Atmosphere relaxing. Highly recommend TC Nails.

As soon as I walked in, someone was running up to me to get me in their chair I didn’t even have enough time to pick out a color. Then, once they had me in the chair, they rushed to already start filing and pulling off my old dip my nails now have cuts on them. They’re dry. There’s acrylic all over my hands. They’re uneven and they’re splotchy. He only cured one of my hands twice each time. He did a coat and the other one once each time.

I have been coming here for only six months now. I usually come with my 13 year old granddaughter or my 17 year old daughter. We always get top notch service, and our nails are always exactly like the pictures we show them. And they do not trash your nails like other places we have been to. Highly recommend!! ( these are my latest)
