T A Beyond Cuticles

HORRIBLE experience with all men who work there. Got a dip. Horrible flare even though I asked for squ-oval shape specifically! Bubbling at the ends, polish literally over all edges and snagging on delicate skin under the nail, UNDER! Multiple times clipped my skin with sharp steel tools, tried to push my delicate nail skin away with his own sharp nail without realizing I was wincing. And then asked for all cash payment! Will NEVER be going there again. Waste of time and money. Awful shape. Deep regrets!

I recommend Tina, she always does a fantastic job on my nails whether I get gel or acrylic!

Absolutely love coming here! Kayla and Ken are such sweethearts! Henry gives an amazing pedicure, and I love having Kayla or Hannah do my nails. They never disappoint.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been here before never had as bad of an experience, today was awful and waste of $37 because I will need to go somewhere else to fix this mess. I got dip powder, i get dip all the time and it’s never spotty. I asked for a matte top coat before the matte coat was put it they were spotty and she tells me that’s how it’s supposed to look, sample nail it was not spotty. Also she cut my cuticles, when she put whatever on it burned them and with attitude she tells me she didn’t cut me, I could tell she cut too far down but didn’t realize till after I left there was a little blood on 3 of my fingers. I am not someone who complains and I never write reviews, this lady was rude about everything and I wasn’t going to tip anything but I felt bad and gave her $2

Added a photos there’s nail polish all on the sides. My cuticles are horrible. My nails are bubbling at the tips. He didn’t cover my entire nail. They are bumpy and un even This was after they were “fixed“ I was told I can come back anytime this week to have them fixed AGAIN and when I had mentioned, I didn’t think it was fair to have me pay full price they took five dollars off. Extremely disappointing experience for anyone, but especially for the fact that I have three young children it’s hard to get out and I never do anything for myself.
