SÔLT Spa

So far, I've done the Salt Cave and a Float and they were both unbelievably relaxing! The space is so inviting, clean and immediately brings on the zen as soon as you walk in. You walk out with a calmed nervous system and eased mind each time.

We had the best spa day here. The salt cave: unlike ones you see in other places, they are one of the only salt caves in the area that have a specific pump that sprays micro, superfine salt into the air that adds to the benefit of sitting in the cave. The float: by far our favorite part of this place and already cannot wait to do it again. Cold plunge + Saunna: We ended the day in the cold plunge pools and sauna which felt SO rejuvenating and just wakes you up after the float. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. The facilities were so clean, peaceful and relaxing. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves even though there were other visitors in the building. This place is amazing. It offers float rooms, a salt cave, a Vichy shower room, massage chairs, and contrast therapy (hot and cold plunge tubs, a sauna room and shower.) The spa is beautifully appointed with a lot of attention to detail. My husband and I did the salt cave today. It was like receiving a breath of fresh air during the winter. The experience was uplifting and helped to banish some of the gloom of winter. The adjoining cafe has a full menu in addition to smoothies and hot drinks. We are blessed to have such a facility in Jamestown.

Wonderful gem of a place. Loved the salt cave, my first float was so relaxing, and the massage chairs were quite nice. Loved being able to pop over to the wonderful attached cafe - great food and atmosphere there, too. Highly recommend - I’ll be back!
