I went today on my bday to get my hair twisted which I have done multiple times in the past she decided to take it upon herself to give me box braids then twist my hair then then leave me braids loose and say my hair is to straight when blow dried

UGHH I LOVE LOVE LOVE HERRR!!! She’s so so nice and did my hair in under 3 hours!! I’m definitely coming back and buying her hair products, which work and smell amazing!!!

First of all you pay CASH?👀Very unprofessional! Don’t go waste your money! I asked for a specific hairstyle sent a video of what I wanted and instead of them saying they can’t do it, they acted like they could..I went in paid, 180$ and the outcome was horrible…very big open spaces on the twist braiding .she gave me someone who is new in doing hair 🤦🏽‍♀️( according to her when we talked on the phone) after I got home i was so disappointed I texted her and told her to let people know if they can’t pull a certain hairstyle…the owner (I think) or whoever answers the phone number on the website offered to fix the hair on Thursday,literally had to call out because I was covering my head so she can fix it, Thursday came I kept reaching out and no response… and when she did she was so rude 🤦🏽‍♀️

Did not see the many bad reviews before I booked this place, by the time I did, I already had an appointment and did not want to disappoint them. Well, my bad! I decided to choose something really easy, thinking, it cannot be done bad. Just two days after my hair, it is all falling off, just 2 days! Horrible, Horrible service. I don’t think anybody here actually knows what they are doing! You’re better off doing it yourself!

I booked an appointment online the day before the appointment for the time slot they had available which started at 8 AM so I booked my appointment for 8 AM. The morning of my appointment I get an email saying that my appointment has been changed to 10 AM without a call or a reason and without any other available times. I was not able to make that appointment and these people didn’t even try to work with me to credit the $25 that they charged for a no-show even though I called I left messages. I never heard from anybody I will never ever ever do business with these people.
