I would give zero stars if it was possible. My sister, and I got a fill on our acrylic nails. The lady that my sister went to named Jessica did not give my sister the shape she wanted and that was just the start of it. She kept drilling my sister's now and it kept burning her and she said oh it's okay and proceeded. Then when the shaping was done my sister did not like the shape and asked her to fix it and she did not. She went to painting her nails My sister wanted a nude color she did show her a picture of inspo however said that she wanted the color of the base more nude proceeded to paint it clear. Not a good experience, I ended up just getting my nails damaged and they looked worse leaving than when I went in because they messed my nails up and then when they removed it my nails were damaged and gross looking and they said they can’t even clean them up because they’re damaged and thin now. My nails were nice looking before I went in and this is how I left. They usually did a good job here and I had spent a lot of money here in the past with my friends and family. Not sure they will ever get another dollar from me or anyone I know. Added a photo so you can see how they allowed me to leave. Made me rlly sad I take my hair skin and nail health very seriously.
