Working with Allie has been life changing - and I mean that literally. I came to her because I had a deep, numbing sensation in my mid-back that no one could help with. It took over two years just to figure out that it was muscle related. I'd had MRIs, seen physical therapists, did stretching and strength training, and even acupuncture (which worked for other things but not this particular issue). The very first time I saw Allie, I told her what I could about my injury/issue and she knew exactly how to get started. I just completed my third visit (6 weeks) and I can safely say I am on my way to full range of motion and healing in a way no one else has been able to achieve in 2 years. I'm very happy to have found her!

Allie is so knowledgeable and thorough. Truly a great therapist who tailors the massage to your specific needs. She shares different techniques she feels will help and I trust her opinions when it comes to my muscles. I'm always happy having seen her!

Aly is an excellent massage therapist who tailors each session to her client's needs that day. Want a relaxing, blissful massage? She's got you. Want to learn the science of deep tissue as you're being massaged? She'll talk you through it. There is nothing this woman can't do! The practice itself is quiet, beautiful and clean with a parking lot and ample street parking.
