I made an appointment for a perm and cut. I show up the stylist does the perm and when she went to show me the results. I cried. It looked exactly the way that I came in, except for now, not only does it look exactly the same way that it did before, but my hair was full of chemicals from the perm. I also asked for a Cut and some bangs and she cut them so short it looked like I DIYed cut my bangs. On top of that, she’s drenched my shirt with water and then when I went back to get my refund, they kept saying they would call me back to do the refund for me. Never got a call back. I kept reaching out. They said they needed to speak to the owner. And again never got a call back. Never got my refund or anything resolved. Might I add that they offered to reperm my hair by someone more “profession

Symmetry hair design is a clean, upbeat salon! Great environment, Great stylist ! CJ recently did my hair. I wanted to do something a little different, I wanted to throw some pink in but not over do it. Christine did it phenomenally!! My hair still looks amazing even after a few weeks. She is so knowledgeable & sweet. Prices are very great. I got exactly what I asked for! This salon is a 10/10!

I want to give a good review because she was very nice but I just can't. Emily cut my hair way too short by about 2 to 3 inches too short. It was also cut unevenly, one side being longer than the other. I also wanted more of a bang but just got a face frame. Not worth the drive. Prices were good though. Just not happy with what I got. At least it will grow out.

I have been to this salon multiple times and it is always a good experience. I went in last weekend and got my hair done by Emily. She did an incredible job and was so sweet and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for one.
