I went to see Sylvia with hip/glute/flank pain that i had been dealing with for a number of years. It had gotten to the point that it was impacting my daily life and keeping me from physical activities that I loved. Within just three sessions I saw dramatic improvement - genuinely amazing! Sylvia is warm, kind, and welcoming. She listens deeply and explains everything she is doing. She offered simple exercises I could do at home between sessions to support the therapy. I feel so much better and am back to all my desired physical activities. It feels miraculous! I can’t recommend her enough!

Sylvia is an amazing body worker and healer! She's been helping me with a semi-chronic SI joint issue for the last few months. She is very real, honest, professional, and accurate in setting expectations, and her space is calm and beautiful. A few days after my first treatment, I felt a lot of relief. I've needed to go back regularly, but each time (in concert with physical therapy), my pain reduces even more and the relief lasts longer. I am getting close to being pain free and back to my usual activities, and I'm now hoping I will be able to heal on my own without needing a cortisone injection or worse. She's also responsive to texts with questions or concerns, which is so helpful and anxiety reducing. Treatments are an investment, but worth getting your body to work with you and heal on

Sylvia has been a godsend for me! I get vertigo relating to neck strain and she has helped me relieve it on multiple occasions. Her trigger point therapy is less painful than others I’ve tried but is more effective. She approaches the body holistically and gives stellar recommendations for ways to operate in my work space and for my workouts. She has been integral in my healing journey this last year. I would recommend that anyone struggling with muscle pain give her a try and you’ll be amazed at how much healing she’ll provide for your body and your life!

I've had a lot of massage done in the past but nothing has helped me stay my active self like seeing Sylvia. Getting various longstanding knots released is neither comfortable nor soothing - I sometimes joke that natural childbirth would be preferable - but it really works and Sylvia is a master at her craft. No knot can hide from her. Highly, highly recommend!
