Customer Reviews
Last week i decided to go get my nails done but to someone new I just wanted to give Sylva another chance. Well was I very wrong to go. The lady I had gotten was very sweet she said she been doing nails for 25 years i said then you must know what your doing. During the process of getting the tips on she had nail glue running all over my fingers and then under my nail bed. I didn’t say anything and just trusted the process. Well as I was getting the gel put onto my nails she was getting very messy with it and let the gel cure when it was running off my nails. Ugh and to make it worse 2 other women showed up complaining about their nails being messed up within the last 48 hours of getting them done. The lady finally started to do my French tip and it just made them look worse. Whatever I bar
I recently moved to Franklin from Florida, and I am very particular about my nails, especially how well they hold up. After trying several nail salons in the area, this salon has hands down been my absolute favorite and officially has my loyalty now, lol. I’ve seen Diane twice, and she is amazing. Not only is she incredibly kind and makes you feel like family, but her nail work is top-tier. She gets my nails exactly how I like them every time, natural-looking, never bulky, and they last and look great for over two weeks. And for reference, I do dip powder. It’s definitely worth the drive from Franklin. The salon itself is beautifully maintained, cutely decorated, and always busy, which is always a great sign of a quality salon with talented nail techs.
It was first time there and it was such a great experience. I brought a reference photo for my nails, and Amy did an amazing job recreating it. She was very detailed, gentle, and made sure I was happy with everything. My nails came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. I also got a pedicure with a different technician, and it was just as perfect very relaxing and well done. I felt taken care of, and very happy with the results. Highly recommend this place🤍
1 star is being generous. This was honestly one of the worst pedicure experiences I’ve had. My boyfriend and I both got pedicures and the technician rushed through them so fast it was almost unbelievable. She finished BOTH of our pedicures in the same amount of time it took the technician next to us to finish just ONE client. That alone should tell you how rushed the service was. What was even more concerning was the sanitation. I watched the technician use tools on me that had just been used on another client without properly sanitizing them first. That is extremely unhygienic and honestly unacceptable in a nail salon. Because of that, the quality of the work is terrible. The polish is uneven and there was clearly no attention to detail. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing and done w
first off, the environment was good and comfortable. HOWEVER, my nails turned out terrible. i asked for a soak off for them to full rip them off after i said multiple time how much it hurt. secondly, the shaping was terrible and i asked for chrome and it was pilled up at my cuticles. they just look horrible. and let me tell you, 90. freaking. dollars. for this set. i’m dumbfounded. they are not 90$ worth. don’t come here.
