The manager they have is straight trash. She’s rude and got an ugly soul and vibe about her and will give a nasty look and chooses to help certain people and not want to help you based off appearance but the moment you start walking out she wants to ask you what you are looking for. Even called and wouldn’t let me speak to the owners about it as well. I used to be a well known regular customer and love this store but won’t be returning to it no more. I suggest others find somewhere to go because they don’t have the professionalism to carry themselves in that store to begin with. The owners should rehire certain staff. I miss the old staff they had. Now I see why many others told me stay away from this place.

I have been coming to this store for years. I normally find the staff to be helpful and friendly. Except for today, I wanted to show my friends this store, and as soon as we walked in we were followed and harassed by the staff. We left feeling very uncomfortable, being accused of window shopping when we came with the intention to buy stuff for our hair. I wouldn't go back, and I would not recommend this shop, there is a store across the street, and one two streets up that is even better. And you can buy all the products SOOO much cheaper online. I can't believe how we were treated.

Love the saff here ,they deserve to be paid morefor tye service they offer. The lady that helps with the wigs is so friendly she tells you the truth ,if the wigs look good on you or not . My go to place when I want to change up my look . They have all sorts of hair care products for every type of hair.every visit I have a great experience. 🤗🤗😍😍

Nice supply of beauty products. The problem that I have is certain people are followed through the store. How they pick and choose who should be followed is beyond me. If it is because of thieft, they're following the wrong people. It makes for a very uncomfortable visit.

Was dying to visit this place. Suffice it to say, I’ll pass on the next visit. Firstly, I was recommended an overpriced hair product that I discovered can clean your oven in a pinch! Ugh! Lastly, after 3 mos, I’m still struggling with a hair piece an employee “tailored” to my needs - and now I’m home looking like a Phyllis Diller meme.
