Each time I go to get my hair done, it comes out amazing. They braid good and fast. If you let them know what time you have to have your hair finished by, they get right to work and get you out! If you show them the style that you want done, they get it done! All of the ladies that work there are nice, friendly and great service!

The place was decent and the owner and the stylist were polite but this isn’t the place to get your hair done if you do two strand twists or want to start dreads. I checked my hair after the appointment and many of the ends either didn’t have a rubber band or they were falling off. Some of the roots weren’t braided properly and the middle part was off. This style was $50 at best.

The owner was supposed to do my hair. She pawned me off on someone else even though I was the first one there. I felt bad for the stylist because she did not know how to do the style I wanted because It was done by the owner. They started arguing when I told the stylist I was not happy and the way she was braiding was not what I asked for. The stylist wanted the owner to take over because I was her customer to begin with. I agreed, but she did not. She gave a lame excuse stating she was sick the past 2 weeks as she continued to braid customer after customer. Knowing that I was not happy. When the stylist was finally done and visibly still upset because she knew I was still upset. The owner asked if I liked it. I told her no but she charged the same price and said “next time” there will not

This business just lost 4 clients. I came an hour away for my sons 3:45pm appointment. I was told that he had to wait 30 minutes because the hair stylist was in the middle of doing someone else’s hair. Wait it gets better, then was told to come back tomorrow because the style he wanted was going to take too long. Prior to our appt we spoke to the owner what we wanted. I will never come back to this place.
