I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon and would not recommend it. The staff was unprofessional and disorganized from the moment I arrived. There was poor communication, no clear explanation of services or pricing, and I felt rushed and dismissed when I asked questions. The service itself was sloppy and lacked attention to detail. The technician seemed more focused on finishing quickly than doing quality work. On top of that, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is not what you expect when you’re paying for a service meant to be relaxing. Overall, this salon does not value professionalism or customer satisfaction. There are plenty of better options out there .I won’t be returning.

This was my first visit to this salon and first time I’ve left a review for a service. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The technician who did my pedicure cut off half my toenail, didn’t shape the rest of my toenails well, and was huffing and puffing throughout my service, as if she didn’t want to do it. She also did a sloppy job overall with polish left on the sides of my toenails and put no effort into the massage/deluxe service that I got convinced to upgrade to. My nail technician was very sweet, but unfortunately she kept grinding my nails down until they were literally paper thin and sore, I felt like my nail beds were basically exposed with the thinnest layer of nail left that I could rip them. I asked for almond shape and a French tip design, both were unfortunately

They do such a careful job. I feel well taken care of each time I visit Sweety Nails. The entire place is well organized and clean. The owners are very kind as well as the rest of their team. Paul can do all kinds of designs as well.

I usually wait at least 2 appointments before leaving a review but I’ve got to brag on this place. We are newer to the area and haven’t been to ANY nail salons around here and this one was honestly the closest to me over 4 stars, so me and my 2 kids went. We were immediately greeted and asked what we wanted and that was amazing because they were BUSY! (Friday before Easter) The girls got regular polish and the sweetest younger girl to do them. The girls were happy and the price was right for what they received. I did have to wait BUT I knew I would as a walk in, no appt and the busy Friday evening but I was still told multiple times about how much longer I’d wait. My girls were done almost immediately and the staff made no fuss when I asked if they could sit in empty massage chairs near me

I LOVE Sweet Nails!! They are so friendly and welcoming! They have an amazing selection of colors, and the quality of their services are always superb. I have gotten many services from them over the years including pedicure, manicure, SNS, gel, and acrylics, and they have excelled at all of them. Not to mention, they have great prices! I highly recommend them!
