Sweet & Sassy Alpharetta

My daughter celebrated her 7th birthday at this location, and she had an absolutely amazing time! They danced and had a blast from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly entertaining. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again and again!

Today I was able to make back to back appointments today for my two girls who are almost 10 and 7. Amie did a fantastic consultation for my girls. Each of my girls has different hair. Both have fine hair but a lot of it. One has wavy hair and the other has curly hair. She was a great listener, asked good questions, checked the girls hair… we came up with a good plan for each girl. She did a great job cutting and was periodically asking how I liked it and if we needed to keep cutting. Seemed very easy to work with. Great customer service. She Wanted to have a haircut that pleased both mom and girls. After the girls haircuts, she let the girls pick out a fun hairstyle, both my girls chose some sweet braid up and downs and then they got to choose a cute bow/clip and got a lollipop! They got t

We had a wonderful experience getting both my daughter's ears pierced here. The staff was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient, making sure they felt comfortable the entire time. They explained everything clearly and took great care to make it a positive experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for kids’ ear piercings. Highly recommend!

Amie and Sarah did a great job with haircuts and styling for my two littlest loves! They are enchanted by all the fun and glitter and glam offered at Sweet and Sassy’s Alpharetta. We will definitely be back!

We visited on 2/7/26 for my daughter’s birthday Princess Makeover experience with four friends. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and felt rushed and chaotic, as it seemed too many appointments were booked at the same time. Services we hoped to add were declined due to time constraints, and the overall experience felt impersonal compared to a prior visit that led us to book. While a few staff members were kind and tried to help, the communication and pacing took away from what was meant to be a special experience, especially given the cost. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve future visits, as the concept itself is great when executed well. At this time, I would not recommend this location.
