Sweet Nails and Spa

Never again. I went in for pedí and shellac only on hand. I did not have shellac on my hands only on my feet that had to be removed. I got there around 5:45pm and the girl right away started doing my service she was taking such a long time which I hate being rude so I just kept it to myself. Once she’s done she tells me that some other girl will help me out so she had me waiting for about 15min, she then comes back and tells me ok nvm that she was going to do them and the girl that was supposed to help me ended up leaving for the day since it was already closing time. So the whole process of shaping and putting shellac on my nails took 1 HOUR. I am not sure if the salon is under new management, but the quality of service has certainly gone down. If you scroll down you can see one of my earlier reviews where I am raving about the place. Unfortunately, when I went in yesterday I was disappointed that the nail technicians are all new and I don’t even think half of them are licensed, I think they are just the one of technician’s children working there. I went in for a fill in and cat eye polish, and they took 3 hours to do it! I don’t think the salon was properly prepared to do it. They shouldn’t offer services that they can’t do well. She didn’t know how to use the magnet and as a result sealed the polish before creating the effect. First place I visited an absolutely love my nails an toes! They work all by hand no machine drill thing that burns an cuts you. Had a language barrier but I was early an not everybody was there yet. But I will ne back to this salon! A++

Place is nice and everyone is friendly but not all the girls know how to do nails, so it’s a matter of luck that you end up with someone who actually knows what they are doing. I the last two times I’ve gone they did not do a good job, nails were not the same some coffins some not when I asked for stilettos, some wider than the other. One girl offered to give me her number but to depend on one person’s schedule to get your nails done doesn’t work for people who work. In my opinion all girls should know their job so they work with your schedule not the other way around

Wow, this is possible the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! First off, their prices are unbeatable and well worth it. They have really good daily specials offered throughout the week and use good quality products from what I could see. I went in this morning for a pedicure with shellac, and asked to come back to see if they could “fix” the polish on one of the nails. It turned out my nail was broken underneath it and it had nothing to do with the girl’s work. Even then, the owner was nice enough to redo my pedicure and even put acrylic on the broken nail for me. She was very diligent and did great work. This place has super friendly workers and great customer service! The owner is doing an awesome job :)
