Sweet Magnolia Day Spa & Salon

Tawnya always does a phenom job! Love her. I've been going to her for 14 years! Does beautiful work. Always does exactly what I ask, and it looks just like the picture I show her of the cut or color that I want.

Today I walked into this lovely salon and showed Ashley a picture of cut and color that I really liked and without a hint of hesitation, she got started and it came out exactly as to what I wanted done! The entire staff was friendly and the salon was very clean and cozy! I have found my new stylist!

i really liked how my hair turned out, it just wasnt styled like the pics i showed which was fine but i really liked how the highlights turned out!! it wasn't necessarily on time i had to wait about 20-25 minutes since my appointment was scheduled at 2:30, but i really loved the lady who was doing my hair she was extremely nice and they have a great coffee shop there as well!!

I had an appointment scheduled for a week for a hair cut, verified with Jacquelin two days prior. Drove 20 miles and left a mother appointment to ensure I was on time. I arrived at 10:25am for a 10:30am appointment. 10:40 I’m told she didn’t come to an earlier appointment due to car trouble, 11:00am I left. No hair cut, no reschedule, no communication, no apologies; nothing. This is not professional. No matter how many repeat customers you have, you don’t completely drop an appointment with no communication. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did and receives much better customer service. My go to person retired and I have been looking for another; this is obviously not the place for me.
