I took my daughter in for a haircut and was surprised by the final bill. When I made the appointment, I was told the total would be around $43. However, I was charged $49 just for the shampoo and blow-dry, in addition to the haircut, and ended up paying over $65 for a shampoo, cut, and blow-dry that took about 35 minutes. My daughter’s hair is just below shoulder length, after about two inches were trimmed, so the pricing felt excessive and unexpected. I wish the full cost had been clearly explained upfront. I would strongly recommend confirming the total price before receiving any services to avoid surprises. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won’t be returning.

Great experience! Rebecca was a great stylist-- I came in for a simple wash, curly, and style. I asked for just my bangs to be cut since I'm trying to preserve length, and she followed my every instruction. She was great with making sure I was comfortable, and asked my opinion throughout the service. Awesome experience, service, and price. Would come here again!

Disappoint in the kids haircut I went in for. I had asked for the stylist to do something shorter and she said that would change the entire haircut and didn’t seem interested in accommodating me. I also noticed the hair in the back was uneven once I got home. I’m also frustrated because it’s only been 2-3 weeks and now I need to get another haircut. $22 for a 5 year old to get a haircut that didn’t meet expectations.

The experience of booking an appointment, rescheduling and even having a hair cut was as smooth as cutting butter with a hot knife. The team is very helpful. They do a range of things. I went there for my toddlers hair cut and then followed up with mine. The team is caring and understanding of your requirements. If you are near by and don't doubt. Just book and walk in.

It was my first time here. And I have to say I'm impressed. Taylor was really good. She knew what she was doing and the results were really good. Definitely recommend her if you want to get a nice haircut and a perm. Also they gave me this thank you goodie bag which had all these samples and coupons. I loved it.
