Marilyn here - Erin on staff is an absolute Angel! Started going here to help improve my mental, and it certainly has! Already an unlimited membership holder and it’s WORTH IT. It’s not just for people who work out or are obsessed with physical health, but also for people who suffer from depression, anxiety, addiction, ADD/ADHD and so much more! Cannot say this enough, it’s been life changing for me. Thank you SweatHouz and Erin for being apart of my wellness and recovery story! I love this place!!!

Such a great experience. I strength train and am always in a state of soreness so was really curious about this place. It was amazing. Staff was friendly. Different lights for your mood in the sauna. Private suite. Even a beauty bar for your hair after. I am already planning my next trip in!

This was our first experience! Erin was amazing ! Super thorough, detailed and caring. She made sure that even when moving around the place, that she stayed in contact with everyone who waited. We arrived early and didn’t feel the wait at all! We not only got a tour , but she was very patient in answering our questions and making sure we had a great experience! I was new to the cold plunge and sauna. The cold plunge was a bit cold for me, but I definitely want to do it again and get used to it for the amazing benefits. Hospitality isn’t common these days and we’d come back just for that! Thank you for having great employees ❤️

It was great. The suite was very clean and the sauna and cold tub functioned perfectly. The vitamin c shower was refreshing and the body wash/shampoo/conditioner was awesome. I wish I could book for 75 minutes so that I could get a full hour of contrast therapy with 15 minutes to shower and clean up etc. there did come a time after we finished and were checking out that it felt like one of my answers wasn’t fielded well and the mood shifted a little more to just getting me out but that could just be me. All in all, my wife and I loved it and are excited to go back. We’d seriously consider a membership if one opened in Dublin/Plain City.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Everything was clean & organized. Most relaxing hour of my week. Highly recommend!
