Definitely an experience. The infrared sauna for more than 20 minutes straight is a lot to mange and that cold plunge is a beast. The suite setup was perfect and large enough for 2 people to navigate through it easily. A TV to stream your favorite show and ability to customize your music added to the experience. Contemplating purchasing a package.

For anyone considering contrast therapy, this combination of infrared sauna, vitamin C shower, and cold plunge is top tier. The infrared sauna is incredibly relaxing, the vitamin-C infused shower leaves me feeling refreshed, and the cold plunge is the perfect energizing finish. Having Heather as your associate takes the experience to another level. My first visit she explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel seamless and personalized. I always walk out feeling renewed and relaxed! Highly recommend! Five stars without question; exceptional service and life-changing self-care you’ll want to return to again and again.

This was my first time experience with contrast therapy - loved it! the sauna was soothing and the cold plunge was exhilarating! finished the session feeling super alert, very relaxed and feeling great all over. The Garwood studio was super clean and the facilities were very new, well maintained. Staff was absolutely great, guided me through the whole process as a first timer. Will definitely repeat for another session soon.
