Kylee is amazing, her personality made the visit super comfortable, she works well with difficult wavy hair and makes sure your happy with the results before you leave. It is nice to find a competent and friendly stylist who is also the owner. Kudos!

My mom and I had the BEST experience at Swanky’s with Kylee! She went above and beyond - spending extra time on our super thick hair without ever making us feel rushed or charging anything extra. Not only did our hair turn out absolutely stunning, but Kylee herself is such a beautiful soul. She’s warm, funny, an amazing listener and made the whole experience so special. My hair is so damaged after a lightener treatment by Jackie and I walked out with orange hair. After a second appt it was yellow. No Low lights at all as promised. Then to correct the problem the owner and Jackie decided to charge me again to fix it. What? I found this salon to be totally unprofessional. I was told the problem was my thick hair and years of coloring from a box. This was all disclosed before I went in and obviously was seen when I first sat down. I asked for my money back but was denied. I’m now left with yellow, damaged hair. Unbelievable!

My boyfriend will not do his own review so I will do it for him! We travel for work often making it difficult to find someone who cuts his hair the way he likes, usually he’ll get a cut, hate it and not want to go back. Not in this case, when I say after his first visit he was so happy, I mean it! He finally found someone who layers his hair flawlessly, and he’s excited everytime for a haircut now! Kylee thank you for that and doing it wonderfully and for asking him all the right questions to make sure it’s what he wants and how he likes! His hair always looks amazing after she’s done her magic ✨ I also recently went to Kylee myself after not being in a salon for years and with hair up to my butt which she gladly chopped off haha.
