I went to Emma today for my lashes and had the best experience! The atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. She did a fantastic job — my lashes look absolutely amazing! You can tell she really cares about her work. I’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere in Swanky is SO nice! I felt warmly welcomed, was treated kindly by staff, and overall enjoyed the pleasant environment they provide. My waxer, Morgan, performs the absolute BEST Brazilian wax! She is professional, personable, and always makes me feel totally at ease during our wax appointments. She answered any questions or concerns I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend her to any first time Brazilian wax clients especially. I was extremely nervous the first time, and she was just great.

I LOVED my facial! Everything was perfect and Kasia explained everything as she did each step. It was so relaxing and my skin looks refreshed. I expected some redness because my skin is very sensitive but I had no redness at all. Highly recommended!
