1 star because I can't go lower. I stopped to explain what I needed. My darker spots blended with my pretty silver gray hair. I was told it could be done. Now I have YELLOW hair. Absolutely VERY disappointed. Doesn't go with my complexion at all. And hoping I can tone it down until I can color it back to what it was. Won't go back.

I absolutely love every person that works at Swan Salon. I have been a client of Gabe’s for over 20 years. I have had perms, hair colored, hair blow outs, hair cuts, pedicures and manicures. I have always been very happy with their work and individual attention each person working there gives every client. Even if I’m not another stylists client, if they pass by, they check on me. Very considerate group of employees!!! I can not give enough praise to this business.

Brought my daughter to get tips/ends of hair colored. During the process price kept going up as they needed more dye and foil. During bleaching process I noticed he was bleaching much higher than tips and when I went to ask about and confirm she just wanted tips was told to go sit down and that he is the the professional and knows how to do his job and asked if he needed to ask me to leave. The red color turned orange with two washes. We ended up buying color from Sally’s and redoing ourself I have been a customer here for over 20 years and can’t beleive how I was treated, the outrageous price of this color for tips and a cut (over 300 dollars) and the results.

What an experience i will drive again 60 minutes to get the same services. Professional and great services not to mention the time management. Everything was just perfect, time management was very respected and i was in and out as i planned. Gabe thank you so mush for the service today can wait for my next visit. I wish you closer to Rochester.

I go to Patty for all my beauty needs. She does my hair perfectly every time as well as my waxing. I love Patty! I would not go to another stylist in our area. She LISTENS and does exactly what you ask for as well puts in her own knowledge and expertise to give you something even better than what you originally planned on. The price is affordable and I always leave more than satisfied!
