Swan Spa

This is my second time at Swan Spa. The lady at the front desk was very nice. I scheduled my appointment online and she called me to confirm. She also text me the address. She welcomed me into my room. Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The massage was exactly what my body needed—professional, relaxing, and incredibly therapeutic. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and tension-free. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

Just finished a couple massage with my husband. My masseuse was horrible, have been a back rub, not massage. Even after I told her to use more strength, she barely did anything different. My husband’s masseuse was great he said. Three stars for the inconsistency in service and also just how cold it was in the room!!

Newly Renovated! I have been going here for ages, and now its Fabulous and completely new! The staff were really friendly and the massage was excellent. After a long day of work, they somehow knew exactly where I needed it! The place is clean with a great environment. This is where my soul gets healed and soothed. I recommend 2 hours if you want a thorough relaxation!

UPDATED REVIEW: It seems management don't care if the employees know how to massage or not. The "masseuse" was rushing as if she doesn't want to do it. Clearly doesn't know pressure points, just squeeze away wherever her elbow lands. Neck should not be squeezed as hard as the back, that is very dangerous! Also, the ac vent is directed straight down where I laid on the furthest room close to the bathroom, so I got cramps in the back. Its was difficult to explain/tell her because she can't speak/understand English. Tip for anyone reading and still want to try them out, after 10-15 mins if you think the masseuse is doing a horrible job like mine, just ask them to switch for another one. They didn't change the price, but the quality of service dropped significantly, its good news for anyone

AMAZING! I went for the first time today, oh my gosh. This is the best place I've been in a long time! It's spotless and relaxing. You must know your level, and you can request at the front desk if you want a more rigid or lighter massage!
